Please note that all our deliveries must be signed for and photographic proof of identification may be required. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during the shipping process, for example, goods being held at customs. If you have specific delivery instructions, please leave us a message at checkout. You will receive a tracking number for your item once it has been shipped. Please note that the contact details entered at checkout may be shared with our delivery partners to provide you with updates about your order. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated and you will be contacted by us should there be any delay. For orders that are below $1,000 CAD in value, we will use the FedEx Standard (2-9 business days approx.) instead. For deliveries to the United States, local customs and import charges will be paid for by Rose Du Temps.
If the order value is over $1,000 CAD, the FedEx Express (2-5 business days approx.) will be applied. We offer free delivery across Canada and the United States.
